IN-SHOP SERVICE WORK PRICING
Our Service Work (in the shop) is billed by the Hour (1/2 hour minimum). While some shops charge according to how long your computer has taken up "Workbench Time" WE DO NOT. Meaning, if your computer is on the workbench for 4 hrs, but our tech has only interacted with it for two hours of that time, ThAT is ALL you will be billed for; the TWO HOURS your computer was actually worked on. Therefore, it may be beneficial for your computer (tower only) to be brought into the shop to have the service work completed (have us pick it up for you).
IN-HOME SERVICE WORK PRICING
Service Work done On-Site is billed from the time the tech leaves our shop till the time the tech leaves your home. There is a 1 hour minimum charge for On-Site Service Work. Because both computer and download speeds vary, if the technician needs to download large files or updates from the internet sometimes it might take longer than expected. If this is the case, we will notify you that it would be less expensive if the computer were brought back to the shopto be worked on. With your approval, we will disconnect your computer and bring it back to the shop at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
